Event Name: 1st RASHTRIYA SANSKRITI MOHATSAV (National Cultural Festival 2015)

Event Brief:

Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav as it is named, is the National Cultural
Festival of India, Conceptualized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of
India. The event was from 1st November, 2015 to 8th November, 2015. “Global
Nexus” took the responsibility of mobilizing the younger generation of
India to witness the rich Cultural diversity of our country and participate
in the festival.

*Services by Global Nexus: *Footfall of 5000 students a day from minimum 18
institutions, 10 Performances per day, 300 participants in Competitions
per day, 100 participants in Workshops per day, Branding, T-shirt
Printing, Mugs Printing, Brochure Print, Manpower Management (Ushers,
Security staff & House Keeping staff).

Event Challenges: 

• Late intimation period.
• Public Holidays on 30th October and Saturday and Sunday because
  of which our visit and tele calling team faced a lot of problems getting
  the message delivered to the Administrative Department.
• Many schools and colleges had their Internal examinations and
  semester examinations.
• The circular from the Directorate of Education was issued late
  because of the holidays falling in between.

How team rose to the challenges:

We were able to achieve nearly 80% of the planned footfall:

• We were able to achieve Total students footfall
• Workshops exceeded by nearly 400 percent ;
• We were able to achieve 91 percent of our target for competitions;
• We were able to achieve 190 percent of our target for
  Performances.

 The result:

• The event was a huge success.
